1. 10SX circuits are designed to meet the DC specifications shown in the table after thermal equilibrium has been established. The circuit is
mounted in a test socket or mounted on a printed circuit board and transverse air greater than 500 lfm is maintained.
2. Note that in PECL applications, V IH , V IL , V BB will vary 1:1 with the V CC supply.
3. V SET tracks 1:1 with the V EE supply to maintain the same voltage across the RSET resistor.
4. V TR tracking measures the rate of change of the V SET voltage over temperature.
